Mail the completed entry slip along with your check to Altrusa, PO Box 8834 Portland, ME 04104 - check payable to Altrusa of Portland Maine. Please note, entries mailed after December 29th may not arrive in time for the first drawing. If purchasing more than one, no need to include extra slips. Just write the number of entries on your slip and additional entries will be completed for you.
Option 2) Give your check or cash directly to any Portland Altrusan, along with your entry form.
