Option 1.) Use the Donate button above to purchase 1, 2, 3 or more entries at just $10.50 each (including a small on-line purchase fee). Be sure to Click "share your address" information with us so any prizes won can be shipped to you. (The address you have saved in your Paypal account or credit card shipping info will be included on the email notification we receive.)
Please Note: For purchasing online by Paypal only, If this is a gift, please add the GIFTEE's name and address info in the "Add Notes" section of purchase. Example: Gifteename#1, streetofgiftee#1, Townofgiftee#1, and so on for each additional Giftee .
Option 2.) If not using the Paypal or credit card option, you can click on the download file image below and print the calendar. Mail the completed entry slip(s) along with your check to Altrusa, PO Box 8834 Portland, ME 04104 - check payable to Altrusa of Portland Maine. Please note, entries mailed after December 29th may not arrive in time for the first drawing.
